- Just arrived from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor: KERMIT for the
- Michigan Terminal System (MTS), which is a non-IBM operating system for
- IBM 370-series mainframes. There are two (count them) versions, one in
- IBM assembler written by Chris Thomson, and another in Pascal/VS written
- by Bill Hall of Math Reviews. The assembler version has no documentation
- beyond some comments at the top of the listing; the Pascal version has a
- .DOC file.

- MTS KERMIT is available in KER:MTSKERMIT.* (3 files) on host COLUMBIA-20
- via anonymous FTP. Thanks to Gavin Eadie of U. Mich. for rounding up these
- implementations and sending them in.
